‍Project Overview:

Our staff led the DA and design reviews, traffic modelling assessment, risk management response, and customer service responsibilities on behalf of our Government client for more than 600 private developer project applications and enquiries spanning a several-year engagement.

We conducted high-level and detailed reviews of proposed developments that would add hundreds or thousands of vehicle trips to the road network, often at locations already experiencing severe traffic stress, and ensured solutions to increase road capacity or manage or reduce traffic demands.

This frequently involved consulting and negotiating with a wide range of other agency or inter-departmental staff and contractors, as well as skilled and sometimes hostile or frustrated developers and consultants.

We also mentored many other section staff to grow the talent pipeline and in-house skills retention within the organisation.
